This month’s design of the month pays tribute to an issue that is important to me and also hundreds of thousands of people worldwide, especially for this particular month. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, an illness I’ve survived for nearly 8 years, so inevitably I chose to dedicate October’s design of the month to the courage, tenacity, and composure one must possess to attack the illness of breast cancer. Jewelry is often worn as a good luck charm, a reminder, or in this case a small but meaningful ornament to instill motivation and remind you to stay “Strong as Stone”. I’ve aptly composed the necklace around a 10x15mm Agate Stone hence the “Strong as Stone” moniker. In true spirit of the breast cancer awareness theme the necklace is also adorned with the ever recognizable Breast Cancer Awareness Ribbon charm made of sterling silver, and a genuine Swarovski Crystal 6mm Rosewater Opal Bicone. All hung from an 18” high quality Sterling Silver necklace, which has been E-coated to prevent tarnishing.
